- Lettings demonstrate continued confidence in King's Cross as a place where innovative businesses can grow
- Reflection AI joins the estate and signs for new workspace at 2 Pancras Square
- Global industrial product and service solutions provider RS Group and fintech occupier NewDay both complete early renewals of their leases, committing further to King’s Cross
The King's Cross Group today announces three office lettings that demonstrate continued confidence in King's Cross as a place for businesses to establish, grow and invest for the long term. Reflection AI joins the growing community of organisations choosing King’s Cross, while RS Group and NewDay recommit to London's leading base for innovation, research and culture.
The lettings reinforce King’s Cross' position as home to a growing community of world-leading organisations spanning technology, science, research, creativity and culture, which already includes Google, AstraZeneca, Central Saint Martins, Universal Music Group, Havas, Nike and Sony. As part of London’s Knowledge Quarter, the neighbourhood brings these organisations together to create an environment where innovation can thrive.
Reflection AI has signed for new workspace at Pancras Square as part of its UK expansion, while NewDay has extended its occupation at Midland Goods Shed, enabling the business to continue investing in its workspace as part of its evolving corporate real estate strategy. Industrial products provider RS Group has agreed a long-term extension to its existing lease covering c.15,000 sq ft at 2 Pancras Square.
Henry Shearer, Head of Offices and Investment at The King’s Cross Group, said: "King’s Cross attracts organisations that are helping shape what comes next, whether in technology, science, culture or the creative industries. These agreements reflect the confidence organisations continue to place in King's Cross. We're seeing demand both from ambitious businesses establishing a presence in London and existing occupiers choosing to deepen their commitment to the estate.”
