St Pancras Hospital

Transforming St Pancras Hospital

Nulla ultricies nunc ac dui porttitor

St Pancras Hospital is a 3.2-acre site to the north-west of the King’s Cross estate in Camden, London. It is currently owned by North London NHS Foundation Trust (NLFT) and is a fully operational NHS hospital.

In February and March 2026, we held our first public events on the refreshed proposals for the St Pancras Hospital site. This included door-knocking, pop-up events in the local area, and public drop-in sessions.

Since then, we’ve continued speaking with local people to better understand their views on public space, play provision for children, safety, and how construction works might affect the area. This feedback is helping to shape and refine our proposals as they evolve.

We are now currently undertaking our second round of consutlation and sharing the details of the proposals with the community.

Our masterplan will deliver a high-quality mixed-use neighbourhood that connects meaningfully with the surrounding area and community, bringing people together to create a vibrant, multi-use destination. The proposals combine heritage with high-quality, sustainable design, champion inclusive spaces, and deliver long-term benefits for Camden’s communities.
