
Leo Shapland has been appointed as the new CEO of King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership, starting in August.
With two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Leo brings a wealth of asset management, investment and development expertise that will be crucial for the next phase of the estate’s growth.
As the first ever CEO of the King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership, he will oversee the creation of a team focused entirely on the King’s Cross estate. He will also be responsible for further strengthening a culture of customer excellence and building on King’s Cross’ position as a globally renowned place for residents and the local community, as well businesses and visitors.
Leo joins King’s Cross Central Limited Partnership from Workspace Group where he was Executive Director and Head of PortfolioManagement, responsible for a multibillion-pound property portfolio across London and the South East.
Prior to this, he was Head of Real Estate Asset Managementat Aviva Investors, responsible for financial performance and strategy of the UK portfolio and real estate business. Leo also spent almost a decade at Tishman Speyer working in a number of roles in leasing, acquisitions and development in the firm’s Seattle, San Francisco and London offices.
